Masters is from Tucson and went to Stanford for his bachelor and JD degrees. Kelly will need to defend his over 97 percent voting record with Chuck Schumer which wasn't available in his first election to the Senate. Kelly will have no logical answers if he claims to be a moderate Democrat this time around.
