No, it was the pandemic and closing the economy and putting heavy restrictions. Voters in 2020 punished the party with a majority. It's the reason Pelosi lost 14 seats in Congress (unheard of for a party that got majority 2 years earlier) and GOP lost 5 seats in the Senate and Virginia who was a solid blue state lost for the governorship 1 year after and New Jersey a very blue state the Democrats barely won 2.8%.
A civil suit is not a criminal indictment. Most American companies in the country gets sue civilly, that is not a crime. If it was Democrat Hobbs couldn't run for governor and many in the house or the Senate couldn't serve.
Biden's "issues" like you say comes from taxpayer's taxes and policies that affects us all since he has been in government since 1973 and given a huge pass by the msm. It's hard to sue Biden in the private sector since he has been all his life in government and the people in government made it really hard to sue the federal government.

Who is defending 1/6? like any protest in America, whoever broke any law they should get arrested, fine or jailed or both but 1/6 fells in comparison the BLM riots in violence, deaths, destruction and the politicians that supported it got a free pass while they are still acting like 1/6 is Pearl Harbor on steroids.

It's call evidence and due process unlike Biden and Kamala that during the riots they said they supported the protests and Kamala even said she would pay for their bails. I voted for Trump largely because of the USSC and when many in the MSM carpet bombed the Brett K. nomination 24/7 he didn't flinch. He stood by Brett K. and won. And because Trump stood strong the Dems folded on the all-important RBG seat. I don't think any other Rep. politician could pulled that off.
So yes if Trump runs in 2024 he's got my vote.

Yes they did. They couldn't convince enough Republican moderates to vote NO when they painted Barrett as a right wing extremist except for Susan Collins and since the Democrats declared war on Kavanaugh and paid the price they went soft on Barrett. They did fold.

They didn't want another drawn out and ugly conformation hearing despite the fact the RBG seat was far more important than Brett K. replacing Kennedy.
On the other hand had Trump withdrawn the Brett K. nomination during the MSM firestorm you can bet the Dems would have come out much stronger against Barrett.
