A civil suit is not a criminal indictment. Most American companies in the country gets sue civilly, that is not a crime. If it was Democrat Hobbs couldn't run for governor and many in the house or the Senate couldn't serve.

Biden's "issues" like you say comes from taxpayer's taxes and policies that affects us all since he has been in government since 1973 and given a huge pass by the msm. It's hard to sue Biden in the private sector since he has been all his life in government and the people in government made it really hard to sue the federal government.

Not if he can win the 50 state GOP primary he can't. Trump has a path for 2024. I already put that there in facts not wishful thinking. If DeSantis is the nominee, they will do to him what they did to Trump. This train is never later. Democrats are already suing him and accusing him of a crime and being a racist fascist and We are 2 years away from 2024 and DeSantis hasn't won the primary. MSM and the liberal tv are already piling on Ron so don't be so naive that Ron will change the political blood sport to civility.

Their bench is weak. You think Kamala and the black Democrat base will let a white man take her spot?
Trump beats most of the Democrat bench and makes it 50-50 with the top one if Biden improves in 2 years.
Nope.

That Trump can’t possibly lose any of those 25 states is your opinion.

It isn’t a fact.

Then make history in this century. Repeating something over 100 years ago in today's climate and how the left threw the kitchen's sink at Trump, that would be history and really make the left mad.

Then make your case. You think Biden, Kamala, Pete, Warren will win those 25 safe red states with their platform and bad last 2 years (4 years by 2024)? Which state will turn blue in 2024? Utah? Indiana? Alabama? which one out of the list?

Compared to BLM riots, 1/6 that lasted 4 hours is a tease. When is the hearing? Politicians gave orders to the police to back down from the criminals and do what they like. On that itself deserves a hearing.

That's like the school principal telling thugs and drug dealers to come in the school and she won't do anything or call the cops. What would you call that?
The only way you would hold Trump at all responsible for what happened on 1/6 would be if he point blank said in his speech that day for his supporters to go to the Capitol and try to stop the certification. Am I wrong in saying that ?

My point is we won’t know for certain until the votes are cast, counted, and certified. Your assumption might be, a correct assumption, but it is still an assumption until the votes are cast, counted, and certified….it isn’t a fact until then.

It's call evidence and due process unlike Biden and Kamala that during the riots they said they supported the protests and Kamala even said she would pay for their bails. I don't know about you but that sounds encouraging more violence. Funny, Trump is out of power and Biden and Kamala in power but for some weird reason Trump is the main topic on riots.

Is not an assumption: All the polls today in those 25 states have Trump winning in a comfortable lead. He won those states in 2016 and 2020 but you are saying it's an opinion? ok

Just like the Democrats winning California, Oregon, Washington, New Mexico, Colorado, New York, New Jersey, Illinois, Minnesota and others is not an opinion but a fact. We don't have to wait on election night to find out who did New York or California voted for.

Yes, Trump is flawed as are many politicians who reach the top. The Clinton Foundation, Biden (his son/China.) Nancy P. and her husband's stock trades. Nothing surprising. I don't think you'll find anyone particularly heathy at this level.

I voted for Trump largely because of the USSC and when many in the MSM carpet bombed the Brett K. nomination 24/7 he didn't flinch. He stood by Brett K. and won. And because Trump stood strong the Dems folded on the all-important RBG seat. I don't think any other Rep. politician could pulled that off.

So yes if Trump runs in 2024 he's got my vote.
Dems didn't exactly fold. Republicans controlled the Senate, so there was nothing they could do. Amy Coney Barrett was confirmed 52-48, with every Democrat voting against.

Yes they did. They couldn't convince enough Republican moderates to vote NO when they painted Barrett as a right wing extremist except for Susan Collins and since the Democrats declared war on Kavanaugh and paid the price they went soft on Barrett. They did fold.

They didn't want another drawn out and ugly conformation hearing despite the fact the RBG seat was far more important than Brett K. replacing Kennedy.

On the other hand had Trump withdrawn the Brett K. nomination during the MSM firestorm you can bet the Dems would have come out much stronger against Barrett.
