That certainly needs some explaining.

You have a low threshold for "truth".

I do recall Trump indicating he could ignore the constitution and stay in office if he determined there was election fraud.

I can't believe that people are still trying to come up with a reason that Trump can't run or be president again. Seriously, yes, the Dem candidate is a total disaster, but approaching it from this direction, trying to eliminate the competition, is not the way to go!

The only thing Trump did inappropriately to Mike Pence was choosing him as his VP, but Pence will never say it.

No source, of course.

He didn't stop there after losing every case. He went on and on and on and on all the way to January 6. He fully intended to usurp the constitution and overturn the election.

Trump job is to follow the constitution while at the same time he is arguing he should have complete immunity from the law to do his job. Someone please reconcile this for me because I am struggling to make it make since.

So True.

Pence said this on the campaign trail, running against Trump.

I take it you believe everything they say on the campaign trail?

In the case of Biden, if we want to talk about Constitution and putting one's self over it:

https://arrington.house.gov/news/doc...DocumentID=581

“The Constitution is clear: Section IV Article 4 says the federal government “shall protect each of [the states] against Invasion,” said Rep. Arrington. “When the federal government fails to fulfill this constitutional duty, Article 1 Section 10 expressly guarantees states the sovereign power to repel an invasion and defend their citizenry from overwhelming and “imminent danger.” This resolution affirms that states don’t have to be passive victims of this Administration’s border security failures; rather, they should exercise their sovereign, constitutional right to defend themselves and their citizens.”

So, Biden should not be POTUS, did anyone mention that? Biden has tried to do everything in his power to stop TX from exercising their rights as a state when the federal government fails to do so.

Now go look up "invasion", hilarious one.

That's not simply challenging the result in court. That is browbeating the elected Secretary of State to change the election in your favor.

That is criminal. Criminality is illegal. That is what Fani Willis is attempting to (rightfully) prosecute him for, but unfortunately her own arguably unethical behavior has made that much more difficult. But I'm not going to go back and forth and argue about why that call was criminal, some will justify it until the end of the earth. But I consider that type of behavior where you cannot accept the results of the election and try to get the SoS to overturn it in your favor, putting ones self above the Constitution.

It clearly is, if one has any fraction of their body in reality.

Of course. That's the entire reason Trump's lawyers are going after Willis. They know that the crime committed is clear cut, so they want the trial thrown out on a technicality. It's smart legal strategy, and it may work. If it does, it's just yet another strike against the idea that the rule of law applies to us all.
