It is not clear whether Barack Obama will now disown his half-brother Malik, or throw him under the campaign bus, for acknowledging that shared family background. In any case, some one should notify "Fight the Smear" tout de suite. Perhaps they can get him with the program.

Like the article says, apparently, Malik didn't get the email rebuttals of Obama's religious background.

Obama stated he only had the Kenya close on for that one trip...busy trip, since he shown in the picture with a similar clothing on...another lie?

Well said, just because they shared the same father doesn't mean they are close nor does it mean he knows how Obama was raised.

Um...the Jewish vote is about business and opportunity, much to the dismay of unChristian evangelicals would would like to think they vote with religion in mind.

I'm Jewish...and many Jews I personally know do not cower at the sight of someone dressed in clothing that Muslim happen to wear. Actually I know of some Jews in Israel who dress pretty similar. Oh, and plenty of Jews know about his background support Obama anyway.

No new thread needs to be started -- it was a contrast point to the relevancy of "half-brothers" and their actions, words, whatever on a President or Presidential candidate. Obama has stated that he has visited Kenya, and has dressed in the local garb over there (and if you knew anything about how Africans dress, you will notice many Christian Africans wearing similar clothing. No, I have never been to Africa, but a have a little collection of contemporary African movies from Nigeria, Kenya, and Ghana...and sometimes they dress like we do...sometimes they dress like that picture while attending church). On the other hand, Roger Clinton has committed crimes which were pardoned by his brother...but it's like "oh whatever". Personally to me, both situations are a non-issue. Just trying to illuminate that point.
