I'm going to assume "he" is Obama though you did not say. But since you're arguing with me, I have to assume you mean Obama.

His trip to Europe was a campaign trip, end of story. It was not a good will visit. Had it been a visit to the troops just because he was feeling good hearted, he would not have needed to bring the anchors of the three major networks and a bevy of miscellaneous press with him.

So MY point is only to his trip to Iraq, Afganistan and Europe. It was all about the image, the pictures. So when he was asked NOT to bring his admirers with him to the hospital, he chose not to go.

Walter Reed has nothing to do with it and I never denied that Barack has done good deeds in his lifetime. This was simply not one of them!
