(a) Any person born in the Canal Zone on or after February 26, 1904, and whether before or after the effective date of this chapter, whose father or mother or both at the time of the birth of such person was or is a citizen of the United States, is declared to be a citizen of the United States.

So if you want to continue to smear Obama and claim he is not a citizen or he is a Muslim or unpatriotic, then we will have to enforce our Constitution, which cannot be overridden without a constitutional amendment, and we will continue to ponder whether or not we should elect a president that could get age related dementia (hello! it does happen at that age) or dies of his current health issues or from other natural causes, given he's hit a normal male life span. Not wishing that on him of course and no sarcasm meant.

Look, that law doesn't address NATURAL-BORN CITIZENSHIP, only CITIZENSHIP. The U.S. Constitution states that "natural born citizenship" is required.
