People say McCain totally beat Barack at the interview but I disagree completely. In terms of content, Barack IMO did much better. Delivery -- I agree McCain was easier to understand because his answers were simple.

But what do you expect to be easier to explain to a blind man? Black vs white or gray 1 vs gray 2?

I agree with Cafferty that McCain gives shallow answers and we cannot afford to entrust our complex world to another George W. Bush.
Excellent comments. McCain appeals to the simple-minded, the racist, ill-informed, the shallow, and the narrow-minded. Apparently the country is BOTTOM-HEAVY with such folks as the '04 election results demonstrated.

Obama, clearly the superior candidate.

And that's a real deep-thinking comment?

Saying so doesn't make it so. These comments make me laugh. All Obama supporters can say is why McCain is no good (and none of those are substantiated reasons) but they can't say why Obama would be good. Where's the argument? With all the issues the country faces, there should be some reall subatance to Obama that supporters can varbalize, and I'm not seeing it. That must be because there IS no substance to Obama. He's a puppet who will surround himself with "experienced" people who will "advise" him because he has no experience himself. It takes a village, I guess, to run a country when you're Obama.

What is interesting about politics is that what one person sees as white, another sees as black. The way we all look at the same facts and reach different conclusions seems to be buried in the dna of each of us.
The way I see it is that, while Obama is a great speaker, and I have no doubt he is sincere in his desire to lead the country to some much needed changes, he has no experience. This would be just peachy if we weren't in dire need of off shore drilling, economic reform that does not include oppressive taxation, and didn't have about a dozen countries ready to take advantage of any weaknesses.
Is John McCain and ideal candidate? Hell, no, (and I'm still not sure how that nomination happened..one minute there were 6 candidates and the next thing anyone knew, McCain was the guy) but at least we would have a President with a clue about the way the world really works.

Haha Yeah quite a maverick. McCain is such a sell-out. He simultaneously does a 180 on several key issues to match the Right-wing base AND becomes the presumptive Republican nominee. Coincidence?? I don't think so...

I am sorry, I never voted for Bush but you guys are either scared to death or you are total confused.

My family for one has done well under Bush, many others also have done well, so go ahead compare the two, if you are willing to compare Obama to the worst President in modern history named Carter.

Got anything better then this?

Oh by the way, Obama looked like a fool at the interview, he clearly is way out of his league and only gave has a** answers and even said that he would have nominated Thomas to the supreme court because he didnt have the experience. Well..... Obama has even less experience.

Bye Bye Nobama, you have just been toasted!
Sunshine, maybe you're too young to remember the state of the country before Bush took office. We were in pretty good shape. A budget SURPLUS, rather than a debt was in sight in the near future. NOW take stock.
People are worse off because of Bush.
NBC/WSJ poll: Voters say they̢۪re worse off - Decision '08 - MSNBC.com

Bush has done "a fantastic job in many areas"? oHHHH you're right! I guess that's why his approval rating is so high, huh? I guess that's why we have such a well-balanced budget and aren't in TRILLIONS OF DOLLARS of debt? And I guess our economy is also in great shape and we're nowhere near a recession?

You really need a reality check, sunshine.
