They were booing the name - Hillary Clinton. They weren't booing Palin. These are republicans - they despise the clintons.
Nice try though. Too bad everyone was watching it.
OK, I guess. But the point still stands - let's just call this one her first gaffe, shall we? Her first of many moments of being out of touch...with her own constituency!

I got it and it showed how crass they really are. That's why the person who was trying to argue with me over the McCain ad recognizing Obama got no cred from me. This behavior of not even wanting to give people credit for the historic accomplishments they made is consistent for Repubs, everything else, is political gimmick.
The boo probably had nothing to do with angst toward Palin, but just the very mention of Hillary's name is enough to get boos every time.
Hillary's historic run, fine, whatever, good for her, glad it happened, MUCH happier that she didn't make it too far.
Democrats, the party of often vulgar bumper sticker politics, aren't too well known for being classy. Nor do they recognize anything good that a Republican does. That's politics, I guess.

Um...Palin speaking to republicans. The republicans booed. The point is, Palin wasn't slamming Clinton at the time - she was lauding her! Her public disagreed. Palin: not fit for the vice presidency, the presidency, or a speech to her own constituents?
Your wrong, McCain supporters know that the Hillary supporters will put them over the top this November. Obama is toast!
Well, since Americans were such idiotic fools as to vote for Bush not once, but twice, I'd be a fool myself to think they wouldn't be dumb enough to vote McCain in for 4 more years of Bush.
