The BMWs, Mercedes, Lexus, Acuras, Infinitis, Bentleys in our neighborhood have McCain stickers on them (along with the American cars)...

Oh, but wait, are you talking about the free loving, everyone must get along, earth loving, hummer driving (as a second car), plastic water bottle carriers. I thought they represented peace!!!

You can get one for a smile and a bag of potato chips it seems. Prices are being cut everywhere.

Can someone explain why we as Americans are becoming so different in or ways.
Are Republicans clinging to American valves while Democrats (maybe just Liberals) are trying to go European???

Seems like the more money people are putting into foreign cars, this is putting money into DICTATORS hands.
Most liberals are obsessed with western europe and want to make us more socialist like them. They want that more than anything. They don't get it.

p.s. not to mention that GM and Ford consider themselves global companies.
When I typed in the last line I guess I was more thinking of China. Guess I need to learn where some foreign cars come from, I thought Hyundai and Honda were from China I was wrong!!

After all this was just observing the voting parties and their choice of car.

Kind of like the protesters at RNC, destroying things in their paths and one told a reporter this is what democracy was about. Yeah, made me want to vote for their party. OFF TOPIC

Yes, I saw the prices drop on trucks in the 1970s although they came back. Out here in small-town west Texas trucks are still in very much demand. However city-dwellers are unloading late model pickup trucks at increasingly heftier bargains. Can't quite get one for a bag of chips yet, that is unless it's a bag of corn chips.

Oh I was talking corn chips and not the wussified baked ones. Are there any other kind? It may be worth traveling to another state to get a truck. Here in NC they are rolling out F-1,2 and 350s for about 35% off MSRP. It's ridiculous.

The importers generally don't build assembly plants in pro-union states. That's why US labor leaders exhort their membership to vote........uh, nevermind.
