If trailer trash Palin ever sets foot in a foreign capital as VP it will insult the host nation and further ruin our international standing.
Why would she need to study foreign policy? If she can know something about it merely by her state's proximity to Siberia, we should be okay as long as someone keeps a small library of foreign policy books near her. She wouldn't have to actually read them. She just has to be near them to be an expert.

Obama HAS learned foreign policy through his four years in the U.S. Senate.
Palin only has 8 more weeks to learn about foreign relations while also trying to campaign and show herself to America. I'd say it's quite impossible to become an expert in foreign relations in 8 weeks.
Liberman is who McCain wanted in the first place, but the party bigwigs wouldnt let him.
who can blame them, its the first thing the republicans have gotten right in 8 years. We don't want him either.
