I listen to to Palin Speak at a rally in Colorado. First of all it appears that Palin is doing the speaking for McCain but what Ive noticed is that she basically is repeating her acceptance speech. Basically jabs at Obama and how great John McCain is. Thats going to get old really quick. On top of that there is no substance in terms of what they are going to about the economy or Iraq for that matter, just the same old punch lines she used in her convention speech. Meanwhile Obama is going into GREAT detail about what he is going to do about the economy, healthcare and social security which is resinating with voters. If she keeps giving that speech, she is going to fizzle out pretty quickly.
If she keeps repeating the same old stuff I think it will fizzle out. People want to know more about her, hear her speak unscripted. If they don't get that then they will tune out eventually. She will maintain the base but that's about it.
