I keep hearing Palin took down these corrupt Republican politicians in Alaska and sent them to jail but I can't find any info on who she actually took down. Does anyone know?

The oil executives and the people that held executive positions in the government system of Alaska that were lingering from the previous "corrupt" system.

The "oil executives" and "people that held executive positions"? Wow, people without names...I'm impressed.

Ok that's what we have all heard but how about some names, sentences, newspaper articles from then or links. I'm looking for actual cases that give her credit for doing anything about Alaskan corruption not general statements.
Who are the "good 'ole boys" she 'took down' along with whom ever else too...
Well it sure wasn't Alaska's scandal plagued Sen. Ted Stevens, even after he was indicted on 7 counts ( a 28 page indictment) all Palin could say was that Stevens "has dedicated his life to the betterment of the state" and said she couldn't say yet whether he should resign. Give me a break, she's a real reformer all right, cuddling up in Uncle Ted's arms

This article is from my local (and for the record, left leaning) newspaper.
It may not be a bombshell, but for a politician it is certainly a start.
Is that it? A guy was sending out emails on Government time?
"The investigation led to a settlement in which Ruedrich admitted to leaking confidential information to an energy company and conducting party business on the state's time. He was fined $12,000, the largest civil fine levied in Alaska for an ethics case."
The guy still is in charge of the GOP in Alaska.
