Ever since the end of the DNC, the Dems have been stumbling over Palin, Babies, Lipstick and Experience. The Dems have cornered themselves into defending Troopers who taser kids and drink in patrol cars. The last attack seems to be that McCain is not fit to be president because he inexplicably cannot take the two minutes it would take to learn how to send and email.
It seems like the harder they try, the Dems cause MORE damage to their credibility. If they cannot handle a simple curveball like Palin, how are they going to handle more complex issues?
It started with Obama's abysmal performance at the SaddleBack forum and it's been downhill from there. 'Is there evil in the world'......'ummm.....errr.....define evil'. It's a beautiful thing to watch too this implosion of Obama.

I agree. We are going down faster than whale feces! We gotta do something. I just don't know what. Palin is not a simple curveball. She is a hard ball and her pick was a home run for McCain. America and the media right now are in a love affair with Palin and even remotely unintentional critics of her (such as the lipstick thing) risk themselves. If there ever was a "teflon" candidate, Palin is it. And I don't know what we can do except wait and hope the hype dies down a bit.

Wow. Maybe write a book?
I don't think the media is in love. The media is afraid.
She IS a simple curve ball. If the media and the DEMS took her at face value instead of attacking her as some nutcase, they would have been much better off.
Calling her a nutcase ONLY affirms the existing Obama base. (Like another appearance on SNL).
KevK, I really hope the Dems can get their act together. But continuing to act this way is not the answer. BTW, I am not an Obama supporter. I would just like to see this race out of the gutter.
Listen if the really left wing looney nut jobs want to move to another country, I'll help them pack. Soot I'll even supply a few boxes, after all they'd be ENTITLED to them.
