The last time a democrat won in Indiana was 1968. yet this poll shows Obama leading 47% to McCain's 44%.

Obama will not carry Indiana. I lived there for over 15 years. I've got a pretty good read on the political climate there.

In many areas, that is sadly very true. The KKK is headquartered in Indiana, not the deep south.
