A fair assessment. I think Obama missed many opportunities to go on the offensive, so I found it a bit frustrating. McCain debated well, but came across as a grumpy contemptuous old man.

No bias there is it? Why no grade for interruptions, stuttering like a fool and not remembering your opponents name OR the fallen soldier that supposedly you have the wrist band of?

They got their boy in the tank but the masses are going to vote to throw him to the wolves.

my assessment was similar. Obama is not a good debator so I was surprised how he improved. I think McCain is starting to wear down. He appears tired.

McCain did his best last night, that was the debate best suited for him.

From here on out McCain gets worse and Obama will get better.

With Biden absolutely crushing Palin, this should be a cake walk.
