They are rumors based on the investigation of ACORN. So far, there has been nothing that implicates Obama. As I wrote on another thread, there are several organizations like this in which funds were misappropriated. One of them is the well known Points of Light which was a pet project of Bush-41. (and he's still Honorary Chairman)

If people are spreading these rumors, maybe it's to distract attention from the Troopergate scandal. Nothing has been reported on the news or in any reliable publication. (not even Fox!)

I want to add something. Palin accepted contributions from people who have been implicated in a corruption scandal. Maybe that's another reason people want to attack Obama this week. The GOP announced on Friday that she will donate that money to charity. It just keeps getting better and better!
