Didn't Obama do the same with Rezko money? About $250,000 of it I believe. That doesn't count the extra $300,000 that Obama got off the price of his house.
He was the only one bidding and knew not to bid against him self. If you want to pay full value for house without negotiating ok. He made several offers and was countered and it ended 300K off. Makes sense.
No this isn't the Annenberg site it is the leading fact check St Petersburg Times.
PolitiFact | No proof Rezko saved Obama money on home
The Obama campaign has posted an e-mail from the seller, Frederic Wondisford, confirming that Obama’s offer on the house was the best one. In the letter, the seller says he rejected two lower offers from the Obamas before the two sides finally settled at $1.65-million.
The seller also confirmed that he did not offer or give the Obamas a discount on the house price on the basis of the price offered and accepted on the adjacent vacant lot purchased by Rezko's wife.
Lastly, Wondisford confirmed that it was he who insisted the closing for the two properties be completed on the same day
Now about McCains 7 houses or is that cars? Which is 13?
Im surprised the msm has not picked up this story.

Obviously desperate ramblings of anti-Obama people who with each passing week, are beginning to taste those sour grapes.
They'll be OK. After 8 years of Obama Presidential leadership those sour grapes will turn into wine... err... whine (I forget we're talking about Republicans).
Isn't it obvious that the McCain supporters have little to support when they have to bring up old rumors that have already been debunked? I mean, at least we can come up with new dirt everyday.

Why have the picked up the National Tatler stories about Palin and her high school hockey team? That story has been making the rounds in several forums today.
http://www.chicagotribune.com/news/nationworld/sns-ap-fundraiser-indicted,0,2482824.storyRezko's (broken link) sentencing on Oct. 28 comes only days before the presidential election. Republican rival John McCain has been running TV ads linking Obama to Rezko. But Obama's name surfaced only briefly at the trial and there was no evidence of wrongdoing on Obama's part
Given McCain's incredibly poor choice of a running mate, having Obama indicated is about the only chance that dimwit has of getting elected President.
Sorry McCain supporters. Your candidate has run a campaign that would make John Kerry proud.
I know it's tough for some of us to imagine a black man as President but seriously, deal with it.
It's not that hard to imagine a black man as President...just not this particular black man!!!
