Sara has been running around the country for the past couple of days claiming that Senator Obama doesn't "look at the country in the same way we do" or he wouldn't pal around with pepole who don't like our country. She says this because Obama served on a charity committee with a man who did bad things when Obama was 8 years old.
At the same time she is saying this she knows full well that her husband for 7 years was a MEMBER of the Alaska Independence Party whose sole purpose is to advocate for Alaska to secede from the United States and whose founder, Joe Vogler, said the following;
The fires of hell are frozen glaciers compared to my hatred for the American government," Vogler said in the interview, in which he talked extensively about his desire for Alaskan secession, the key goal of the AIP.
"And I won't be buried under their damn flag," Vogler continued in the interview, which also touched on his disappointment with the American judicial system. "I'll be buried in Dawson. And when Alaska is an independent nation they can bring my bones home."
At another point, Volger advocated renouncing allegiance to the United States. In the course of denouncing Federal regulation over land, he said:
"And then you get mad. And you say, the hell with them. And you renounce allegiance, and you pledge your efforts, your effects, your honor, your life to Alaska."

So let's review. Obama served on a committee with a guy who said and did bad things when Obama was 8 years old.
Sara's husband has been a long time member of a party who wants Alaska to secede from the U.S. and who brags about their hatred of America.
succession is a dream. to be free of the federal government, my god. hey, is it easier to manage a company of 3,000,000, or manage a company of 350,000,000? yeah, the feds should leave it up to the state.
I wonder if she even knows she is being thrown under the bus by the McCain bunch sending her out there to spout this nonsense when they know darn well she has this king sized skeleton that isn't even in her closet but lying right next to her in bed each night.
I think that this ranks right up there with the michelle obama "whitey" tape. if something is big, they pounce on it. it took 15 minutes to destroy john edwards career. if this was a story, it would be huge. but instead, it's a non story.

Between McCain's association with so many CONVICTED FELONS and Sara's "close personal relationship" with someone who's organization comes right out and tells you how much they hate America, it sort of makes blasting Obama for serving on a board with someone who said stuff 30 years ago seem silly, doesn't it?
