Americans For Fair Taxation: Americans for Fair Taxation

Last night I was watching Fox News and a spokesman for Fair tax came on the show. Corporations have moved 13 trillion dollars off shore to avoid corporate tax. If the fair tax was instituted, no corporate tax, no income tax. There would be a consumption tax. And there would be a refund for the tax paid by low income people equal to the tax they spend each month.

Corporations would race to reinvest in America! Jobs would be plentiful. We would avoid recession or worst, depression. This country would be the healthiest it has ever been.

Lobbyist would hate this program because it takes away their bread basket.
That is even a better reason to like it.
