I live in the Minneapolis-St Paul and last week, I was going through a small town in Southern Minnesota (only 1 hour from Minneapolis) and heard some older people talking at the gas station, they were basically saying that if Obama was elected, he would turn the USA into a Communist country. They all agreed and said that, they should vote for Mc Cain to make sure that the USA does not become a Communist country. I was shocked to hear so much ignorance in one place but apparently, there are people out there who can actually be this ignorant! Scary!

That's what happens when all they can listen to on talk radio is crap like Limbaugh, Beck, Hannity, Ingrahm, etc.
Also, Southern Minnesota being about 98% white, except for Rochester and Mankato, plays into that mentality a little.
I think people who cannot bring themselves to vote for a black man are telling themselves all sorts of things to justify not voting for him...
there is very little support for mcCain, his votes are not mcCain votes, they're anti-obama votes
