Looks like the Supreme Court doesn't agree with you. Try more tinfoil next time.

Well I guess if the voting isn't fair the GOP can file a lawsuit so all the votes can be verified.

Yeah, sounds like they have their bases covered to prevent fraudulent voting - and apparently the Supreme Court agrees.

Of course they'll only say it isn't fair when they lose.

All the GOP is trying to do in making a huge blowout deal of this is to suppress the votes that they are scared of! If you are not legally registered, there is no way that you can place a vote. There is something called id verification that only the true identity will have!

I'm glad that their scare tactics aren't working this time!

Even with a conservative Supreme Court. There was not one dissenting opinion.

You people aren't very bright.

You need to get your news from a more credible source, or you need to start taking Human Growth hormones to help increase your IQs.

In an unsigned order, the high court ruled that it could not say whether Ohio was properly enforcing the Help America Vote Act. However, it said the Ohio GOP doesn't have the standing to file the suit.
The GOP has no standing to file the suit, but any resident of Ohio does.

The whole basis for the lawsuit was that Comrade Breunner blatantly refused to verify records of about 200,000 of 666,000 new voters this year whose driver's license and Social Security records don't match information in other government databases.

This is the exact same problem Ohio Secretary of State Ken Blackwell had.

ACORN submits lists of "newly registered voters" and Ken Blackwell is pulling his hair out trying to mail voter registration cards to those newly registered voters but he can't because the US Postal Service keeps sending the voter registration cards back to Ken Blackwell marked RETURN TO SENDER -- ADDRESSEE UNKNOWN or RETURN TO SENDER -- INSUFFICIENT ADDRESS or RETURN TO SENDER -- NO SUCH ADDRESS/ADDRESS UNKNOWN.

How is it possible a voter doesn't know their own address?

That's the question Ken Blackwell asked for which he was subsequently accused of being a lawn jockey closet nazi neo-con communist.

Data in Ohio is not linked for privacy reasons, so Blackwell has to get a list of registered voters and list of driver license/state ID and list of the tax records and make comparisons.

When Blackwell found an address in the voter registration rolls that didn't have a corresponding address in the license/state ID rolls and tax rolls, he sent notice certified mail, lest someone illegally obtain the fraudulent voter registration card and use it illegally.

Unfortunately we have to suffer with Comrade Brünner until 2010, but if even one fraudulent vote is cast she will be history.

That's a great deal. We can all agree with that.

Now knock of all the ACORN-bashing and wait to see if there's any voter fraud.
