I live in a mid Western small town/suburb but in a Blue State, guess that means I am not in one of those Pro America regions.

Question: Will Sarah Palin still think Greenville is pro-America if North Carolina goes blue this year?

I live in one of the most pro American, Republican states in the country. I also live in a rural community, surprisingly I see quite a few Obama/Biden signs out on a front lawn though. Does my heart good

it most certainly will make this country better. at least the federal government. states should be dealing with more of the responsibilities.

I'm sorry, but I really don't understand this. Just when does having a foreign policy become anti-American? Is it anti-American just when it involves money? How much should America isolate herself from the rest of the world? What does "take care of your own country and your own people first" mean? Should the US not send any aid abroad? Should we send only in the event of an emergency? Who decides when it's an emergency? Obviously, when the tsunami hit, that was an emergency, should America only respond when the rest of the world does? If it's AIDS or famine, is that an emergency? I'm not criticizing your position, I really do appreciate that we have people in our own country going hungry, losing their homes, losing their livelihoods. I'm just hoping you can clarify what a pro-American foreign policy would be like.

absolutely, we should not send a dime to any other country. every dollar we give to a third world country is an investment in long term hatred towards america. you think the people who need the money we send to africa get the money? the corrupt military dictatorships take the money for themselves and further oppress the people. talk to some african immigrants. if they were using the money for good, we wouldn't so many african immigrants moving here.
