Wow what does this say about the credibility of the Ayers and Rezko claims by the Republicans. Obviously the home town papers must think there is nothing to the smear campaign being waged. They seem more worried about the McCain selction of the Troopergate lady.

It is how the unbiased reader intellectually processes this news, not as posted here but as presented nationally. Each will use their skills to process and formulate what are logical conclusions to them.

Yes, and the Tribune is a CONSERVATIVE newspaper. First time in their history they've supported a DEM for President. If that doesn't tell us something nothing does. The LA Times and the Washington Post also endorsed Obama today.

My local paper here will fall on its sword for McCain. The COL SPGS Gazette has it's head up James Dobson's ass, but overall, Colorado will go DEM this year in a big way. We WILL raise taxes on the oil industry here, we will defeat ALL of the initiatives of the "cut my taxes" crowd of blowhards, and we will protect the labor unions of the first responders, teachers and nurses.

If the Washington Times endorses Obama, now that'd be something. I will also enjoy seeing all of you flying in space as obviously the world will have stopped!

All of these endorsements by newspapers mean as much to me as.... well, the crap that was just flushed down the toilet.

Unlike some, I'm able to think on my own and do not need a newspaper to tell me who to support..

This election day, the GOP will get flushed out of our government. Flush twice to reach GOP HQs. Flush 3 times to reach Rove's hovel.
