Especially on his radio show where he gives callers more time to explain their point. And, no, once a week is not yelling "all the time."

And if you had to debate some of the boneheads O'Reilly does, you would yell, too!

Also, O'Reilly is nothing like Springer. O'Reilly is an investigative reporter and commentator who has gotten results, like having Jessica's law passed in many states and revealing money that was donated to the Red Cross after 9/11 was not going where it was intended. After he did stories on it, it was looked into which probably would not have happened without O'Reilly.

Ok so Oreilly has the ratings, Oreilly just signed a $10,000,000 per year contract.... Why are we debating? I think Keith-O is paid by the viewer---and its not much with 94 liberals and a chimp watching his show nightly...lol

Keith is paid by the viewer?

Anyway, I am just pointing out the fact that O'Reilly does not yell "all the time," especially considering he is on the air (TV and radio) 15 hours/week, that he is not some raving lunatic and that he is not even a far right-winger (he does not favor the death penalty, for one thing).

So it's up to once a week now? I'd say that's pretty much "all the time", or at the very least "regularly". Is that better for you? O'Reilly REGULARLY yells at his guests.

Nope, some of us simply were raised better than that. There are only two reasons for the behavior O'Reilly "regularly" exhibits:

1 - He's after ratings, as I believe
2 - He's not very intelligent. Stupid people, when confronted with logic, often raise their voices thinking it will help make their point.

Either way, all you need to know is that O'Reilly is basically the equivalent of WWF professional wrestling. It's either real stupidity, or staged theatrics. And I think we both agree it's the latter. If you like that sort of thing, fine... nothing wrong with that, many folks like the WWF.

But it's not journalism. It's not editorial content. And it's not for me.

So now once a week is "all the time?" What kind of math is that? And do you actually watch O'Reilly's show enough to make a valid analysist? If so, tell me in the last two weeks the times O'Reilly yelled on his TV or radio show.

Those are your opinions. I happen to think he is quite intelligent. How intelligent is he? Enough to not run for any political office!

He is a commentator. And one who is well-like and has a vast audience. One reason is because he speaks for many of us who don't have a voice. But I certainly don't agree with him on everything.
If he's not for you, you can stick with the wacky left-wing commentators! Like Keith "countdown to no ratings" Olbermann!
