By the way just to make sure. I am not saying to ever hire someone without a license. If the owner of the company has a license then that's fine. Don't go looking for cheap workers who don't have licenses.

Illinois is very odd in the fact that they require a license for a plumber(which I personally do agree with, just not the way they go about it) but they do not require electricians to be licensed....I guess the UA(union that plumbers belong to) paid a better lobbyist than the IBEW did.
This Joe the Plumber makes me think of that Dr. Pepper song. He's a plumber , your a plumber would 't you like to be a plumber to. Joe the plumber, hate Joe the plumber.
Really good web ad. Many, many Joe the plumbers out there.
Yes, McCain continues to who*r* out Joe, and now McCain is asking for people to upload their videos for the gimmicky "I'm Joe the Plumber" campaign strategy:
JohnMcCain.com - McCain-Palin 2008 (http://www.johnmccain.com/joe/ - broken link)
Poor Joe. I hope he gets some of Palin's clothes as payment for all this before she donates them to charity.
This "everyman" theme is getting a bit ridiculous. Not to mention deeply ironic, considering that McCain is the candidate of the rich.
Amen. Ironic as all hell, since the GOP only trots out this sort of gross hypocrisy every four years.
On election day, John the Candidate is going to meet America the Angry and get his ass handed to him, big time.
