I have been feeling nauseated for the past week and I believe it's because of all that is happening with this election. I am too consumed with what is going on. First thing I wake up with is with the election on my mind and last thing I go to sleep with is the election on my mind.
I am a positive and upbeat person and this election year has brought out some negative aspects of my personality that I don't like. This is a problem and I'm glad that I'm catching it now and early before it gets out of hand.
I just need to take a break. I think we all need to take a break if all that is happening on the campaign trail and media is upsetting us, bringing out the worst in us, and making us nauseated.
I will take off for the rest of this week and see what I feel like on Monday. So I'll be back next week.
