They go from winning to losing in 72 hrs.

And donated $1.3 Million to a Democratic Hobbit nobody had head of before.

Michelle Bachman (aka kissy face) now losing to Elwyn Tinklenberg.

SurveyUSA Election Poll #14662

Bloomberg

"During an Oct. 17 appearance on MSNBC, Bachmann said Democratic presidential nominee Barack Obama ``may have anti- American views'' and urged reporters to investigate whether other Democrats may be ``anti-America.''

Since then, Democratic challenger Elwyn Tinklenberg has been flooded with more than $1.3 million of contributions, congressional Democrats promised an additional $1 million worth of advertising, and House Republicans dropped plans for their own ads. A House seat considered safely Republican a week ago may be leaning toward a Democrat.

I suspect that this has nothing to do with 'smearing' Dems, and everything to do with invoking the ghost of Joe McCarthy and scaring the crap out of her constituents.

While both McCain, Palin, Obama, and Biden, all have their share of gaffes, this was a ship sinker, and for good reason. HUAC was an embarrassment to the US, nobody with a lick of sense would won't someone in power who would threaten its return, even if it was only a gaffe.

You're right j33. The fact that that woman was ever elected just boggles my mind.

Michelle Bachman is a combination of that crazy lady from Ohio who called John Murtha a coward (or was it a traitor) and Kathleen Harris.

People in Minnesota have to be embarassed by her.
