$105,599,963.73 for 2 weeks = $218,239,925.04 for the month of October, if spending stays consistant.. (which it wont because you always spend more closer to election day)

The money was donated to the campaign to be used to elect Obama to the office of President of the United States. He is bound by law to not use that money for any other purpose.
The money that the GOP spent on the Palin's comes very close to breaking the law, if it actually hasn't, that governs political contributions. That's why the GOP quickly put out the news release that the clothes would be donated.
