I am not sure I believe all this stuff. If it happened, I hope they prosecute the people who killed the dog, but I think we are getting alot of bad information about this kind of stuff. We do not need outrage to get out the vote, we need to stay steady and keep the folks going to the polls. this will be a great day and we do not need to fan flames of discontent and hatred on any side.

The linked article makes it pretty clear.

Just look around this forum. The depth of irrational hatred directed against Obama here is a microcosm of our society.

I believe it. Here someone had their Obama signs spray painted with Swastikas. It is yet another desperate attempt from the republican party. It's sad that an innocent dog had to pay the price in this case. That is a horribly cruel way to kill an animal. I hope the perps are caught and punished to the maximum allowable under state law.

Right...no dems are keying cars or stealing signs.

There are wackos and criminal elements in both parties.

They have no conclusive evidence that this was politically motivated, however. They didn't even test the meat! Wtf?

I hope there some Obama (or McCain for that matter) supporters who exterminate the perp who attempts to poison their dog (and I'm a cat lover ). Under Texas law, for example, this is perfectly legal considering that it's trespassing.

All it takes is to one incident to **** off the wrong yard sign owner, and maybe we'll see less of this on either side.

Oh yes, a city councilperson here in Cary, NC has his McCain sign stolen on a regular basis.

It's true, a lot of signs are stolen. But what about cruelty as with the Swastikas and the dog?
