No, the dollar will rise against other currencies upon election of Obama. Have you seen the how much he is favored around the world? Higher dollar means lower gas prices for us (oil is a commodity mostly sold in US dollars), higher gas prices in other countries... again, kinda like the 1990s under Clinton.

When Obama gets into office, there will be massive inflation.

Let's say the company brings home a net of 10% of the cost of gas.

If gas is $4.89/gal, that's $0.49 profit.

Now, Obama wants about 45% of that profit, so that leaves the business with $0.27.

So the gas business would need to raise the price in order to break even.

Possibly a 50% inflation.

Gas would now cost about $9/gal in order to support the business and keep it going PLUS be able for the business to give those handouts to OBAMAs people.

Osama will ruin this country if elected. The economy will tank much worse than now. All these bleeding heart left wing liberals that are voting for him deserve what they get. Unfortunately, the rest of us will suffer as well.

I hope it goes down, but who knows. We'd all be rich if we could predict that. The only thing I DO know is that the gas prices under the repuke regime have been the worst in history,so I highly doubt Obama will do any more damage.Whatever, I'm still voting for him because I can't take 4 more years of Bushka.

You are right, the prices went up on the current congress watch, you know the same congress that has the LOWEST JOB RATE in history
where Nancy Pelosi was so worried about our high prices, that she shut down the House, turned off the lights and went on a book promo.
A book, as it turns out sold less than toilet paper.
The same Pelosi that has her head so far up her own butt she can not
see anything.
So if you want a REGIME please vote for Obama, but if you want something better vote for MCCAIN.
For me, I am voting for the real change, MCCAIN!
