Sweden has an effective tax rate of 59% compared to the USA's 30%.
They are not poor. They have a higher standard of living than we do.
Switzerland and France, same thing. Higher taxes, better standard of living.

Or Muslims? Saddam Hussein? Choosing them as enemies has done a pretty good job of redistributing a large ammount of American blood and wealth.
