Imagine the audience for his inauguration in January 2009. At least a billion worldwide, maybe more.

Remember, it was only an ad, an expensive infomercial made and paid for by Obama's compaign, not an unbiased documentary. And that high viewership was because it was aired during primetime at 8pm and on the major stations. Some were watching because the World Series baseball game immediately followed.

Bravo for ABC and CNN for not airing Obama's ad. And further kudos for CNN for telling Obama that they preferred to stick to their usual NEWS coverage instead.

It was a very good 30 minute specail. I really like the idea of watching Obama come on TV for a 30 minute speach. It is much better than having to watch the dingus we have had for the last 8 years come on to give a presidential address.

I always wondered how they know how many people are watching what channel.

Can I say that 26 million people watched my public access channel show where I demonstrate how to store your button collection?
