Obviously both Democrats and Republicans believe Fox News is the news to watch. I watch Fox News because they always have representatives from both sides. Some of their programs are news commentators or news analysis. MSNBC is a joke and the lowest rated News station on cable.

The latest Pew Research survey on the partisan make up cable news network viewership:
CNN: 51% Democrats, 18% Republicans, 23% independents
MSNBC: 45% Democrats, 18% Republicans, 27% independents
Fox News: 33% Democrats, 39% Republicans, 22% independents

I can understand why a foreigner would find our news just weird, it really is! If you watch German news (DW), Canadian (CBC) or British(BBC), you will understand how pathetic American cable news really is. Who the hell started this idiotic pattern of having some self appointed "expert" or strategist comment on the news? I like the way DW does it, their news program is very serious and impartial, they report the news and that is it. Who needs all this BS and "analysis" from these pseudo-intellectuals???

Which Network is Fairer?

When these same people measure the political IQ of the country it is fairly low across party lines. So what do these viewing stats really mean? So what if one network is supposedly more fair. The stats are only numbers and not necessarily proof of anything. Besides, being the majority isn't any guarantee of being correct.

I might go further and say that being in the majority, or the norm if you will, may only indicate how much a a follower one is. For arguments sake, what does that say about the masses? We measure intelligence with IQ. We should also measure GQ. Not how fashionable one is but how gullible.
