Wake up America! We are living in dangerous times and we cant afford to have someone with next to zero experience and with very questionable ties to radicals and far left loonies leading our country at a time such as this. Are you willing to put our national and economic security in jeapordy by electing a rookie Senator? Why? Have we people lost our minds? Are we that ignorant? Alot of people better snap out of their hypnotized state and realize who the hell they are voting for. Wake up! Obama is an empty suit and is as unqualified and unprepared to be president as anyone I've seen , especially at such a critical time in our country's history. Dont be sheep lead to the slaughter and follow this smooth talking charlatan to the abyss that he will lead us into. Is charisma and eloquence the only qualifications needed to be president these days?? Is this more important than character and experience? What does this say about us? Do people really know who they are voting for? Are people that deceived and that desperate for change that we are willing to sacrifice our democractic ideals and freedoms for socialism? We're going to get change all right. It just may not be the change you hoped for.
90% of the country never heard of the Bush's before either of their runs.

Reagan was only California's governor for 2 years when he made his first bid for president (1968).

You putting too much at the foot of the white house. Very few of the campaign promises get installed as stated. Even with Dems in control of both houses, they don't all agree on all things. Change takes decades or we would all be singing the same songs.

Do you even have the slightest inkling how socialism is defined? Do you understand that it revolves around collective ownership of the means of production? Do you realize that recent actions by the Bush administration to help with our economy are much closer to socialism than anything ever proposed by Senator Obama?

Let me guess...that's a triple no there?

You do realize that the "Bush administration" by definition for over the past 2 years now has been democrat control correct?

Did Ronald Reagan go through 27 televised debates in his presidential campaign? Did he have the internet and talk radio to spread rumors about him constantly? Did everyone know his mother & fathers ethnicity, his middle name, his wife's college thesis, two books he had written, his pastor's name, etc?

Probably, most people thought they might have known him through the characters he played, plus Californians knew him... but I'd say 99% of the electorate probably didn't even know Reagan divorced his first wife. I know they wouldn't be calling him Wilson, or even understanding what that means.

Listen folks, you know more about Obama than anyone has EVER known about a presidential candidate; if you say you don't, you're incredibly out of touch or are lying. You probably know more about Obama than some of your aunts or uncles.

IF you vote for McCain, vote or for him because of what he has accomplished and his qualifications. Don't vote out of fear or ignorance, please. Recognize this thread and the deluge of other smears for what they are -- a scare tactic trying to steal your vote. Don't let em do it!

Oh, please. Yes, blame the congress for the shortcomings of the current administration. I really can't wait for tomorrow's results.

It continues to be remarkable as to how completely impotent Republican supporters are willing to admit their congress of 6/8 years and President of the past eight were in their accomplishments...apparently they had absolutely nothing to do with anything at all...I would be concerned that it was such a "do nothing" party . Makes you want to vote Democrat, because good or bad, it appears they were the only ones to ever get anything passed...

Unless you would like to rightfully ascribe the alleviation of net capital requirements and 40/1 leverage to our friend Hank Paulson and the Republican Congress and President in February 2000...then you could at least give them credit for the financial mess we are in .
