The Clinton's didn't drag their feet at all. They just weren't getting the publicity. Bill was campaigning in small out of the way towns. If you read the article, Hillary was campaigning big time for Obama. Anyone who listened to Hillary's speech in Florida the last part of the campaign knew she wasn't faking. I thought her concession was the best she ever gave, but her speech in support of Obama was better.

Oh and by the way, if you think the issues regarding Obama's fund raising tactics are a mute issue, think again. I assure you, the sources of his donations WILL be an issue during his first 90 days, or even sooner.
You sure about those speculations this time? Bbecause you know what happen last time you speculated about a McCain landslide in dozens of posts. You want to me post all of them for you again?

Hear, hear!!!!!! While I'm not big on party politics and rather like being a free agent, I sometimes do wish there was a home for moderates like myself that cultivates a reliable stream of moderate candidates.

Hmmm, it just occurred to me that the Clintons, Lieberman, McCain, Paul, and others who really don't "fit" their respective parties actually could accomplish this.

She sounds like the perfect politician: run up bills and expect everyone else to pay and point fingers. DC is full of those types. Gee....I wonder what change can possibly happen?

I assumed that there would be some kind of "deal" made to Hillary for campaigning for Obama, like paying off her bills or giving her a post in his administration. I guess we'll see what happens. I doubt she's been "left behind" in any way.

In the edn Obama can't afford to have clinton not suport is coming policies changes because she got 50% of the democratic popular vote. In the end she will be bvery powerful in the senate. If he can't build alliance with in the party thehn he sure as heck can't convince the other party to support anyhting. If you know the senate rules it gives the minority power to block many thign s if they don't like them ;which the democrats used often in the last eight years.
