Here's the latest. Apparently Cheney and Gonzales are due to be arraigned tomorrow so I guess the judge signed the order:

This is silly and clearly political. Also indicted by Guerra were "judges and special prosecutors who played a role in an earlier investigation of Guerra." This indictment is partially because he had invested in Vanguard? That's a stretch. Also, wouldn't there be jurisdictional issues over a state indictment of federal officials about occurrences at a federal prison?

Cheney will retire now in his huge ranch in Dubai perhaps sit on some of Saddams missing gold thrones and laugh and laugh.

You are right about that.It may be a test the waters case too that starts an avalanche....At the very least maybe the SOB will end up having to spend some of his blood money on legal fees.

If there are legal fees which I doubt, your governemnet will cover them for him anyways. Ain't it grand?
