The entertainment, if you can call it that, will be coming from Obama. Sadly however, the entertainment will be nothing short of a complete meltdown when this country finds out your Messiah was not qualified under the Constitution's requirements to ever become President of the United States. I am not sure why Obama supporters are so happy, you do realize this ruling without comment will keep the issue alive right? The outcome you should have been looking for was a definitive statement that he was a natural born citizen, ending the issue and guaranteeing no more cases would be distributed to conference.

The ruling has nothing to do with keeping the issue alive, Kooter. Folks like your friend Colorado vowed to do that, regardless of the way it was ruled against.
And like Wayfaringstranger said, a Roberts court was never going to make more than the narrowest ruling possible. I swear, he is trying to avoid making any precedents!
