The Idiot is down to his final few days. Few people like him and fewer want to hear what he has to say. We have already seen the damage The Idiot has done to this country and to its ideals, its people and its standing in the world. It would be nice if The Idiot would just quietly exit out the back door and be gone. God may forgive The Idiot but I never will.

Much of the damage you speak of has been done by the Democratic Congress.
You'll have to be more clear on the damage done to American ideals.
Since when are American ideals only held by left wingers?
Also, what "standing in the world" would satisfy you? Reputation? Is that what you're concerned about? What country would you like us to be like?

There is no specific country I want us to be like but rather a host of countries that reflect the values we have of democracy, peaceful change, law and order balanced with freedom and the rights of the people balanced with the ideals and needs of the nation.
Countries like this would include The UK, Austrailia, Germany, France, Spain, Canada, Sweden, Switizerland, Finland and many others too numerous to list here. We used to be the leader of this group. They looked to us for leadership and we gave it to them. Now they look at us and think we are fools. Hopefully Obama will begin to restore our standing.
Oh. From the title, I thought this was a reference to the really, really dumb message from Obama saying "be careful, it's cold outside" re: the inauguration festivities." I mean, DUH! Is this "y'all are idiots and I am your benevolent ruler" tone what we are going to have to endure frequently?
