I'm currently overseas and I arrived at work today to find an Invitation for the Inaugration 2009 coming from The Presidential Inaugural Committee in my work mailbox. Does this mean I have tickets to go to the event or does everyone receive one of these things?

This is a "commemorative" invitation. I read the fine print on mine. It will not really get you in.
