Look, I am anti socialism and I certainly did not vote for Obama. But I have a feeling he is now seeing for the first time what a big job he has and what a huge responsibility is thrust on him. I think as he is getting inside information he realizes just how serious this job is, and hopefully he won't screw it up.
I am not going to voice any opinion about him untill I see what kind of job he will do.
as a senator he did poorly, I know.
I strongly disagree with many of his veiwpoints, true.
I was very outspoken against him when he was running.
But now that he will be our president, I say, good luck, and "God Bless America."

For the past 45 years this country has had a white President. We appreciate everything that these presidents have done for our country and blacks shared with everyone the hope that many of those presidents brought to the country.
Now that Obama has won, (and is of the younger generation, which looks to music as an outlet), blacks and whites are celebrating this moment which IS historic.
But yet many, can not get over the fact that blacks have a right to celebrate just like you have had your right to celebrate.
