Gallup Daily: Obama Job Approval

He's still at 56%.
What's the problem?
That's higher than the percentage of votes that he got, and with all of the R media garbage (as seen in CD), that's not so shabby.

What Economic data are you looking at? Can't you make up your own mind Obama?

He is a complete failure, thus far. He claimed unemployment would max out at 8% with his stimulus. It's currently at 9.5% and rising fast; the peak will likely be around 12%. He has wasted trillions of dollars with no results. Yes, Bush spend too much also but the solution is not to waste even more money. The solution is to learn from W's mistakes and cut spending. He violated the bankruptcy laws with the GM and Chrysler takeovers, which aren't constitutional to begin with. He's weakening our counter terrorism policies and planning a Government take over of Healthcare.

Obama has always stated that it was going to get worse before it got better. How can you be demanding results when he has been in office for 6 months? You say hes wasted money when all hes done is put it back into American businesses, communities, etc. When Bush sent money to a black hole known as Iraq? There is literally 0% chance that a war will end up in profit... Its two completely different things.

Seriously, how has Obama affected anyone's life negatively since he took office? Cuz literally no one in the world that I've met has been able to answer that question.

O but he taxed cigarettes, impeach imho.

Obama has a 51% approval rating, 48% disapproval rating. 30% rate him very favorable, 38% rate him very unfavorably. Rasmussen Poll, 7/9/09.

I saw CNN reported that in Ohio his rating has gone from 62% during the election to 49% now.It seems his ineffectiveness with teh spending he has done is starting to show.

It does not take month after month of massive spending to show results.

Goodness people, how much more time to you want, 3 years?

Most of us are sick of the spending with no results and the polls are showing this.

This is Obamas economy and the dem controlled congress, they should be able to get about anything they want done and still NO RESULTS!

Stop making excuses, he scammed you with his lies and even Joe Biden said they misread what was going to happen.

Most of us in a job would have screwed us as bad as Obama and Biden did and spent all that money and said oooopppsyy, we misread it would have been canned.

Thanks Obama for a disaster!

Its impossible to say what his rating might be 1 year from now let alone in 3.
I am thinking that he is trying to make changes as early as possible and bank on the notorious short term memory of the American public.

Thats a lot of hate towards folks I doubt that you know very well.
I disliked Clinton but can't say he inspired hate. I really need to know someone to actually hate them. I can hate what they do and possibly form a hatred in time. Obama and his wife? No not as yet and I do disagree with most of what they are about. Their greatest failing is that they are idealists. Not so different from Carter and I really dislike him.
