Only 24 percent of those polled approve of Bush's job as president, an all-time low for a CNN survey. See the latest polling "Bush has now tied Richard Nixon's worst rating ever, taken in a poll just before he resigned in 1975, and is only 2 points higher than the worst presidential approval rating in history, Harry Truman's 22 percent mark in February 1952," says CNN Polling Director Keating Holland."

For those voting for McCain, if you can are actually read and can comprehend, please dont vote for another 8 years of the same garbage. I know Palin speaks in simplistic, cheerleader form. Biden might be too tough for you to understand with all those facts and stats...

Apples and oranges. Congress has ALWAYS had poor approval ratings as a body - but individual congress persons are typically pretty high. Bush's numbers are the lowest in history - compared to other Presidents.

How can a lousy President like Bush still have such a higher approval rating than the Democrats in Congress?
