No, but I think we need to look at maybe having a time limit on how long they serve, and I don't mean for life.

I totally agree. How could anyone campaign to be a Supreme Court Justice?

I also agree with this article quoting Fred Thompson on confirmation hearings. A judge needs to be selected based on his or her record, not a dog and pony show. (OMG! I'm agreeing with a Republican!)

Not elected but not allowed for life and not picked by one person either.

Far to important of a job for life terms and one person choosing who is the one.
