George Soros, maybe?

It shows the caliber of the man. He will do anything it takes so he doesn't miss out on the gravy train..
He doesn't care about the people, he just wants to make sure he doesn't lose his free ride.. His power trip shows no bounds...
pathetic excuse for a man...

That is good. Crist is a bit conservative for me but apparently he is not conservative enough for the right wing radical loonies that have taken over the Republican Party. Maybe he will switch to Democrat someday.

The Democrat candidate is a non issue in this race. He is not known well and polls below 25%. This race is between Rubio and Chirst. Most folks have figured that out now.

Big difference: Crist made the move BEFORE the election. Liberman only did so AFTER an election he lost (which IMO should not be allowed).

It's really NO loss to the GOP. And yes, there's some satisfaction in seeing these career politicians whose values are clearly for sale go out with an embarrassing sputter (Specter, Crist, Stupak).
He could win the primary if Florida allowed Independents to vote in the primary. But Florida has a closed primary so only those registered as Republicans can vote in the Republican Primary which means it is effectively controlled by right wing loonies and religious nutcases. The polls show him even with- or ahead of Rubio in a General Election face off and as more and more Democrats come to the reality that Meeks has no chance of victory, many of them will switch and vote for Christ to stop a raving right wing nutcase from being elected to the Senate. And, while the Democratic Party officials cannot diss Meeks, you can bet that there will be a lot of "behind the scenes" support for Charlie Crist from them.

Hopefully he will consider that. We would welcome him to the Democrat Party. He is a bit conservative for me but at least that will give us another Senator along with Bill Nelson.

I know, they keep embracing the tea party types and chasing away the moderates. As soon as they don't like somebody the word is put out and every blog repeats the party line, then the readers repeats the message all over the internet. They were equally as loyal to the insanity of Bush/Cheny. The guy could have killed a child on live TV and they would have said the kid had it coming.

They are a joke. And if they think they are going to beat the Dems bloody in November, I don't think that is going to happen either.
