Just curious. I'd really like a thread here about them if there's some interest.
I am loving the run on Spiderman right now even though I hate a few things that happened. There have been lulls like the first part of Superior Spiderman, but when it cranks into high gear this writer rules. My biggest complaint right now is that I feel like there is some awesome stuff coming with Black Cat, but I really dislike here costume redesign. The cat eyes look too much like something for Kraven, and I don't like them in general. The costume isn't bad other than that though I prefer the classic look. Not a big fan of chain swords either.
oh my, we read them almost every morning and hubby reads some on line. As a child I was not a comic lover but as an adult there are many I really enjoy. Some I have to admit have had their time and need to be put to bed.

I haven't read a comic book since I was 12 years-old.
But I do read the occasional graphic novel once in awhile.
And I have always found the very term, "graphic novel" sort of amusing. My theory is that it is a euphemism for "comic book" so us adults who read them won't feel embarrassed.
I'm in the middle of Joe Hill's "Locke and Key" series right now.

It is interesting. I've read two, The Watchmen and Space Mountain. Both are rather different. They aren't the traditional superhero stories at all. I'm looking to try reading some of the paperback releases of popular comics like say a Civil Wars compilation, A vs X (Avengers vs. X-Men) or Days of Future Past or Days of Future Present.
