This is the best suggestion. You can head west towards Cottage Grove on Cloverdale Rd. and avoid going all the way to Goshen to get on Int. 5 or Hwy. 99. There's other less-direct routes on back roads from Pleasant Hill. There's many rural properties in the area, with a wide range in price.

I have friends that live in Creswell. One family lives on a small farm with a menagerie of animals and the other family live in an almost new home in a subdivision which is 5 minutes from I-5. They both seem to love living there.
