Yeah. I have some friends there who are expat Americans, but they also have $$ and opened up a business. Through them I met a few other Canadian and American expats, but without the job thing, it would be hard. If I was a multi millionaire, I would definitely just buy a modest apartment in Istanbul, but I'm not a multi millionaire or even close haha. Maybe someday
