Hi all,

I'm currently studying in the Netherlands and I was born in Asia. I am planning to move to Europe or maybe north America in the coming years. So, which one would be a sensible choice? Considering the followings:

safety
cost of living/purchase power/how much money can be saved
taxes
health insurance
environment for children to grow up
entertainment
friendliness of local people
racist
