This photo was taken in the 1920s and I was wondering if you all could tell what European country this family is from? Is it easier to tell from a photo taken 90 years ago vs today?

Very difficult... they can be Spanish, Portuguese, French, Italian, German, Romanians, Belgian... many nationalities come to my mind, the faces are very "neutral"
