European superstate is inevitable, but the process should be a gradual one. (work, England)

It's clear how worthless the opinion of the common man really is here with their small mindedness and petty nationalism. If Europe wants to stay relevant and compete with China and the US they will have to start acting like one country. What do Euros want exactly, freedom and prosperity or more European wars LOL

One major complaint with the EU is that larger economic powers can control and feed off the less fortunate. By dictating their policies. Then you consider corruption: Cyprus.
This effects freedom and prosperity. Consider how Poland has successfully held off switching to the Euro and it's made a significant difference.
Another fear is Western Europe will force the rest to succumb to mass immigration/multiculturalism, while selling out it's own native population. (Which they did to themselves).

Latvia and Lithuania joined/or is schedule to join Euro in 2014 / 2015. I don't see much problem about it.
@Daywalk: You appear to be Canadian, so off-topic, but if we are talking about super-states, then how about the U.S. and Canada become a super-state of our own? Or, as a side option, the U.S. can simply annex Canada--heck, our population is already almost ten times larger than yours.
There is no strong push in Canada to be annexed by the U.S.
In Europe, the existing EU treaties and policies are optimal when a Superstate is formed, so the status quo creates imbalances and problems.
So if a country actually does join this European federation and later wants to withdraw from this federation, then it will not be able to withdraw from this European federation?
It's either going to be EITHER the member state can withdraw based on a referendum for secession voted only be citizens of that member state (as in the current UK-Scotland situation) OR by everyone in the superstate (as in the current Ukraine-Crimea situation which many countries see the referendum only voted by Crimeans illegal)…
As I said, it doesn't matter because I have said that all the details, including, rules, law, and constitution of the European federation will need to be laid out clearly to the people before they make a choice whether to join.
OP, why do you care so much about that? You don't live in the EU, not even in Europe and still fiercely trying to convince everyone how good this Federal Europe is going to be...
I have said the process will be a gradual and democratic one. I am stating the best solution for the Future of Europe. The EU has walked way over the point where the countries merely seek cooperation. Deeper integration into a federation or complete dissolution of the EU are the only options.
